Holidays in Längenfeld: holiday apartment or penthouse

Our prices are per accommodation unit (apartment or penthouse) and per night for the number of persons indicated, excluding local tax and excluding end-of-stay cleaning. For stays of 3 nights or less, we charge an additional short stay fee of 15%. The local tax of € 3,50 will be charged separately per person/night. Children and teenagers under 15 years do not pay local tax.

The final cleaning is not included in the price and will be charged separately: Apartment one-time payment of € 60,00 per stay, Penthouse one-time payment of € 105,00 once per stay. We kindly ask you to clean the kitchen counters, wash and put away the dishes, and remove the remaining food and all waste.

At check-in we reserve the right to charge the following deposit: Apartment € 200.00. Penthouse € 400.00. If the units are left in immaculate condition, this will be refunded.

Check-in is possible from 16.00 hrs - for organisational reasons, however, we ask you to inform us of your exact arrival time in advance. On the day of departure we ask you to leave the apartment or penthouse by 10.00 am.

On request, we will be happy to provide you with a cot including bed linen for € 20.00 per stay and a free high chair for children – we kindly ask you make sure to book in advance if you require this service. Further information on our children's discounts is available on request.

Small dogs are welcome in our Alpenchalet Tirol. We charge € 50.00 per stay for your four-legged friend - please advise us of your fury company in advance.

Please note that smoking is prohibited in the entire Alpenchalet Tirol and therefore in the apartment and the penthouse. You are welcome to use the outdoor areas and combine the smoking break in summer and winter with a unique view of the Ötztal mountains.

We provide a free parking spot for the duration of your stay. A free garage parking space is reserved for our guests in the penthouse. Depending on availability, we also offer a garage parking space for guests in our apartment on request and for an additional fee.

We are a partner of the AQUA DOME. This means you receive a 10% discount on all tickets and plenty of additional services.

The whole Ötztal included and with that free admissions, free public transportation and much more. Your Alpenchalet-Tirol advantage: Book your summer holiday with us in Längenfeld and receive the Ötztal Inside Summer Card complimentary to your booking (valid from the second day of your holiday).

In order to make a binding reservation for your stay at our Alpenchalet Tirol, we will charge you a deposit of 30% (by bank transfer). After receipt of payment you will be sent a binding reservation confirmation from us. The reservation is based on the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (AGBH 2006, version of 15.11.2006).

- up to 3 months prior to arrival: no cancellation fee
- 3 months to 1 month prior to arrival: 40% of the booking amount
- 1 month to 1 week prior to arrival: 70% of the booking amount
- within the last week prior to arrival: 90% of the booking amount
